Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

New Scenaric Travels understands that plans can change. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation procedures for various services. Please review this policy carefully before making a booking.

2. Tour Packages

Cancellation by Customer:

  • 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus processing fee (5% of total amount)
  • 15-29 days before departure: 75% refund
  • 7-14 days before departure: 50% refund
  • Less than 7 days before departure: No refund

Cancellation by Company:

If we cancel a tour due to circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

3. Car Rental

  • 48+ hours before rental start: Full refund
  • 24-48 hours before rental start: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours: No refund
  • Early return does not entitle you to a partial refund

4. Transport Services

  • 24+ hours before service: Full refund
  • 12-24 hours before service: 50% refund
  • Less than 12 hours: No refund

5. Corporate Travel

Cancellation policies for corporate travel are subject to individual agreements and may vary based on the specific terms negotiated with your organization.

6. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 7-14 business days
  • Bank processing fees may apply and are non-refundable
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or our contact form

7. Special Circumstances

In cases of medical emergencies, natural disasters, or other exceptional circumstances, we may offer more flexible cancellation terms. Please contact us to discuss your situation.

Documentation may be required to support special circumstance claims.

8. No-Show Policy

If you fail to show up for a booked service without prior cancellation, no refund will be provided. This applies to all services including tours, rentals, and transfers.

9. Changes to Bookings

Modifications to existing bookings may be subject to change fees and availability. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss changes to your booking.
